The NANGO Annual NGO Directors Summer Retreat is a flagship convening that brings together visionary Civil Society Organisation (CSO) leaders, development partners, government representatives, policymakers, and other key stakeholders from across Zimbabwe and beyond. The Retreat serves as a high-level platform for strategic dialogue, peer learning, and collaboration on emerging development and governance issues affecting the civil society sector. The 15th edition of the Retreat is being held under the theme “Navigating New Frontiers: Development Financing and Civic Space in Transition.” Against a rapidly evolving socio-economic and policy landscape, the Retreat seeks to unpack innovative financing models, examine shifts in the civic space, and explore practical strategies for strengthening CSO sustainability, resilience, and impact. This programme outlines the key sessions, thematic areas, and expert facilitators who will guide in-depth discussions, knowledge exchange, and solution-oriented engagements throughout the Retreat, ensuring a rich and impactful experience for all participants.
