Statutory Instrument (S.I.) 85 of 2025 sets out the registration fees that all organisations must pay when registering as Private Voluntary Organisations (PVOs). Local PVOs are required to pay USD 150, while international PVOs are required to pay USD 250. Organisations may also pay the equivalent amounts in local currency at the prevailing interbank rate. These fees apply to both newly established entities and pre-existing organisations that are transitioning in line with the requirements of the PVO Amendment Act.
