The National Association of Non-Governmental Organisations (NANGO) invites qualified consultants to submit expressions of interest for a consultancy assignment to develop two complementary knowledge resources for Zimbabwe’s non-profit sector: a White Paper assessing terrorism financing (TF) risks and vulnerabilities facing NPOs in Zimbabwe, and a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document providing practical, accessible guidance on FATF Recommendation 8, the Risk-Based Approach, and the Mutual Evaluation process.
This assignment is part of NANGO’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the capacity of civil society organisations to understand and manage AML/CFT compliance obligations and to engage meaningfully in Zimbabwe’s ongoing FATF Mutual Evaluation process.
Interested consultants should submit a technical proposal, financial proposal, CV, samples of similar work, and at least two professional references to ngorecruitmentzw@gmail.com (CC: programs@nangozim.org) with the subject line “Consultancy – Development of AML/CFT White Paper and FAQ Resource” by 3 July 2026.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. For the full Call for Expressions of Interest, please download the document below.
