Women’s Coalition of Zimbabwe (WCoZ) is inviting proposals from qualified independent consultants to conduct a comprehensive review of its current organogram and associated organisational arrangements. WCoZ, a network of women’s rights advocates and organisations established in 1999, seeks to future-proof its structures in response to a rapidly changing civic, political, economic and funding environment.
The consultant will identify structural gaps, overlaps and capacity constraints within the current organogram, determine the core skills and capabilities WCoZ requires over the medium term, and recommend a future-facing structure that is agile, efficient, accountable, feminist, inclusive, financially sustainable and institutionally resilient. Deliverables include a consolidated review report, a transition roadmap, facilitation of the validation process before the WCoZ Board, and submission of the final approved organogram.
